CANCELLATION PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Cancellation program does not protect against inclement weather. 

To qualify under this program one of the following must have occurred and proofs/evidence must

be provided to Amethyst prior to issuance of any credit or waiver of any additional fees which may be due:

Loss of Employment or material change in financial status

Medical emergency (Doctors Note, Hospital Admission), Vehicle Problems/

Failure/Accident (Repair/tow/accident report), Loss of employment, Death in family.

Credit and or a Check will be issued upon review and confirmation of information presented in support of

guests request to cancel on this program.

This program does not constitute an offer to provide insurance and is expressly discretionary on the part of each guest.
